Boys and Girls 3X3 Skills League
We believe 3X3 is the best way to enhance the players experience and improve their basketball skills at the same time.
We have two locations for the 3X3 Skills League. You choose the one that is right for you.
Mid Peninsula site (Aragon High School) and San Francisco site (St. Ignatius College Prep)
Why 3X3 basketball?
3X3 basketball reinforces concepts like court awareness, spacing, passing, on/off the ball defense and moving without the ball. Fewer players on the court means more touches for players which translates into more opportunities to make decisions and develop game skills.
During 3X3 Training, players …
- are 3x more likely to touch the ball than in 5 on 5
- will receive/pass 6x as many passes as they did in 5 on 5
- will take 4x as many shots as they did in 5 on 5
