Eric has had a life-long love for basketball, which led him to play college basketball at CSU, Chico. Growing up, he played travel AAU basketball at an early age and led his high school basketball team to win the North California State Section title. Eric balances his career as a consultant with coaching basketball, inspiring players by developing skills, teamwork, and character.

Eric models his coaching after the legendary UCLA basketball coach, John Wooden, who focused on character building, simplicity and patience to win. As Wooden said, “It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen”.
