Rob was at College Prep in San Francisco and the Director of SI Summer& Basketball. After playing football, baseball and basketball at SI, he went on to play lacrosse at St. Mary’s College in Moraga then competed on theOlympic Club Men’s Basketball National Travel Team for seven years.

Most recently, Rob spent six years as the men’s Varsity HeadCoach at St. Ignatius and the Men’s Assistant Coach for thirteen years before that.Under his leadership, the team made it to the NorCal semifinals in his first year and won a Central Coast Section Title in 2020. Rob and his staff have been fortunate to send 30+ players on to play basketball in college at various D1, D2 and D3 programs around the country.

Prior to his work at SI, Rob served as a basketball coach in various AAU clubs and at Junipero Serra High School. Notably, Rob joined the staff of the Men’s Basketball Team at City College of San Francisco last year and helped the team win a state championship in the 2021-2022 season while compiling a 32-1 record and #1 CA ranking.

When not coaching, watching basketball and/or game film, he is busy raising (and coaching) three daughters with his wife, Elisa.
