Zaden Martin is a proud Bay Area native, born and raised on the Peninsula. As a standout varsity basketball player at Burlingame High School, he helped lead his team to two Section Championships and three state playoff appearances. In 2023, Zaden earned recognition as a PAL MVP and was named to the Cal-Hi Sports California All-State team.

Continuing his basketball journey at the College of San Mateo, Zaden made an immediate impact as a freshman, shooting an impressive 44% from beyond the arc.

In addition to coaching Peninsula Gold youth teams, Zaden plays an integral role in the Team12 Sports training program, where he’s deeply committed to player development and helping athletes elevate their skills.
