Our Coaches

Scott founded Team12Sports to combine his passion for basketball, leadership and the development of young athletes on and off the court. Scott believes that the best coaches have the ability to see not only the reality of where a player currently is but the foresight to envision the kind of player they can become. Every player can get better in the right environment that is both challenging and encouraging.

As a native to the Bay Area, Jen played three years of varsity basketball at Mills High School. Since Jen's tenure as an athlete, she has coached both boys and girls competitive teams ranging from elementary through high school focusing on development of basketball fundamentals and dynamics to play together as a team. She is currently an assistant coach for the varsity girls team at Carlmont High School and looks forward to being part of the Peninsula Gold coaching staff.
